Booking and quotes
Quotes provided by phone, email or our website are estimates based on the information you share. Final pricing is confirmed in writing once we have full details of your move, including access conditions, volume and any special handling required.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurately describing the items to be moved, disclosing items that need special handling (fragile, valuable or hazardous), and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
Insurance and liability
Optional insurance is available for your move — ask our team for details before booking. Where insurance has not been purchased, our liability is limited in line with standard industry practice for moving services in the UAE.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed and confirmed in writing before your move begins, as part of your written quotation. We do not add hidden fees beyond what has been agreed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your booking.
